- Founded in 1996, OSG partnered with the NY
Waterway Ferry company to create incremental revenue through the
sale of advertising on its buses, ferry terminals and vessels.
OSG has successfully created and operated various NY Waterway
media vehicles, generating millions of dollars in incremental
revenue to NYW and branding the media as part of the outdoor advertising
landscape of New York City. In 1999 OSG pioneered the first "Wrapped
Ferry" displaying Animal Planet quickly followed by American
Express, Panasonic and Kraft.
- OSG's clients include: American Express, Wachovia,
Court TV, Wrigley’s, Lifetime TV, ABC Television and Radio,
Citibank, WB Television, Investor's Business Daily, Carnegie Hall,
The Mall at Short Hills, Major Broadway shows (Phantom of the
Opera, Les Miserables, Jekyll & Hyde, Noise/Funk, Annie, Take
Me Out, 42nd Street, etc.), the GAP, Apple Computers, Continental
Airlines, Calvin Klein, Honda, L’Oreal, and Carnegie Hall.

- Marc Valenti
is Chief Executive Officer of Outdoor Solutions Group (OSG). Marc's
experience in advertising over the last 25 years includes 12 years
in agency media as VP Media Planning at Young & Rubicam and
Leber Katz Partners, and the balance in Out-of Home media sales
as Director of Sales at NY Subways Advertising, Gannett Outdoor
and TDI. Marc is married, has two children and lives in Chappaqua,
New York.
- Andrew Weitzer
is President of Outdoor Solutions Group. Andy's experience over
the last 25 years includes directing all phases of marketing,
media, sales, market research, media research and sales promotion
in the communications industry. For the past 15 years Andy has
been VP of Marketing and Sales in various divisions of Gannett
Inc., NY Subway Advertising and Gannett Outdoor. Andy has two children and lives in Manhattan.
- Jay Carella
is Vice President-Sales of Outdoor Solutions Group. A graduate
of the University of Scranton, Jay started his career in outdoor
advertising at Viacom Outdoor. Jay's responsibilities included
sales for NJ Transit buses and commuter rail as well as billboards
and other media. Jay is single and lives in Little Falls, New
Jersey.
